Topic: delivery route size

We spoke about putting the routes into groups based on truck sizes.  For now I need to have the default truck delivery size at 2,600 gallons.  The way it should work is when you select the route and then select the customers to be delivered to you send it for optimization during the process the optimization will put the customers into delivery order then break the route into groups of 2,600 gallons. Then each sub-route will require a designation after it to differentiate it from the others within that route.  This way the delivery routes can be built ahead of time and the driver can get thier assignments each morning.

Truck Routes:  We need to be able to add a customer to a route and then resend the route to the driver.  What I am thinking is when we get the routes to show up under the deliveries section we could edit a route and then the driver can update there cache.  When the driver makes a delivery and the ticket comes to the office the delivery status should change to delivered and it would be nice if the balloon on the map changes color to show delivered this way when we are dispatching someone throughout the day we will know where they are.  Can a driver re-optimize a route from his current location?  This would be very handy in times when a driver has to leave a route to do an emergency then return to his route at that time he could be at the opposite end of the route and have to go back to the other end the way it is set up.
